These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services at www.stoxxi.com(the “Service”), operated by Double Digitize(“Stoxxi”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Stoxxi is a play-moneysocial prediction arena. You trade virtual shares on real-world events using “AMMO”, an in-app virtual currency.

• No real-money wagering. The Service involves no real-money betting, deposits, or withdrawals. AMMO has no monetary value, is not real currency, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything of real-world value.
• Not gambling and not financial advice. Nothing on the Service is a wager for money, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any real asset. Outcomes and prices are for entertainment and skill.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children under 16.

• You register with Google or an email address; provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping it secure.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

AMMO, virtual shares, packs, standings, and any other in-app items are a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use them within the Service. They are not your property and have no cash value.

• They cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for money or real-world value.
• We may grant, adjust, expire, or reset AMMO and in-app state — for example, to run new seasons, fix errors, prevent abuse, or maintain the Service. Balances and history may be reset without compensation.

Optional paid plans (e.g. Pro, Elite) unlock features and are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown before you buy. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, payments are non-refundable and subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. A paid plan buys features and tooling only — never an advantage in how orders are matched or filled.

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Service, or scrape it;
• exploit bugs, manipulate markets or leaderboards, or collude with other users;
• use multiple accounts to gain an advantage, farm rewards, or evade limits;
• disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to breach the Service or its security;
• upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, or offensive content (including operator names and avatars);
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

You keep ownership of the operator name, avatar, and other content you submit, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it to operate the Service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to submit it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

The Service, including its software, design, brand, and content (excluding your content), belongs to Stoxxi / Double Digitize and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service under these Terms; no other rights are granted.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prices, data, or outcomes are accurate. Nothing here is financial, investment, or betting advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stoxxi / Double Digitize is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual items, AMMO, standings, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service involves no real money, our total liability to you is limited to any amount you paid us for a subscription in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those may not apply to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or where required by law, and we may modify or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) at any time. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
